Zeth — Zerocash on Ethereum

Zeth brings Zerocash-style shielded transactions to Ethereum. I designed the protocol, headed the formal specification effort, and led the implementation.
That implementation work went deep into the cryptographic stack: building the
MPC ceremony for the trusted setup, and extending libsnark and libff to
support new elliptic-curve groups. Between 2020 and 2021 I was an active
contributor and maintainer of libsnark, libff and libfqfft — the core C++
libraries behind much of the zk-SNARK ecosystem then.
Follow-on work included Zecale (proof aggregation for scalability), bearer instruments, transaction relays and cadCAD simulations of the system’s behaviour — most of it published openly.
